Our preparedness allows us to quicky deploy specialist personnel to respond to most situations, and a high stock level of critical components allows us to ensure rapid service restoration.

Standard telephone support is available during normal business hours, 8.30AM to 5.30PM Monday to Friday (except public holidays) by calling +61 3 9543 3811.

Outside hours support, including public holidays is available under a Support Agreement with contact details provided at time of contract.
